Our business model and corporate approach is a radical departure from previous independent dealers. Over the past seven years, National Office Solutions has successfully delivered millions of dollars in office supplies to workers - from San Diego to Seattle and from San Francisco to Boston, in a timely, cost-efficient and environmentally sensitive manner.

Our approach utilizes UPS to provide shipping and logistic services more efficiently than managing our own fleet of trucks. In addition, our Customers in every corner of the country are familiar with Big Brown’s tracking, labeling and return procedures. Most importantly, this approach reduces traffic congestion, air emissions and fuel consumption, by utilizing existing routes. UPS delivers goods to state buildings on a daily basis.

We are also committed to further improving our carbon footprint by recommending all our Customers use our online catalog, rather than the traditional 5 lb. paper catalog. We believe our state-of-the-art search engine will eventually eliminate the need for a hardcopy catalog and the negative impact of printing, paper and mailing that come with it. We are always looking for new ways to “partner” with our Customer to help limit our footprint.
